Job summary

Solera Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Field Claims Representative for the United States to conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments following SOS field inventory processes.

You will complete tasks diligently, assist in business development with new and existing service offerings, and promote strong customer relations with adjusters to support retention. Daily communication with Field Manager and Service Manager, adherence to safety procedures, and readiness to take

Responsibilities

Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments pursuant to SOS field inventory processes.
Complete all tasks assigned diligently in line with department and corporate goals.
Assist in business development activities with new and existing service offerings.
Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations with adjusters to support retention and repeat use.
Communicate daily with Field Manager and Service Manager regarding operational issues and improvements.
Follow all standard operating and safety procedures at all times.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
