Qualifications

• 5+ years in field claims adjusting.
• GA adjuster license; CPCU/AIC preferred.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and Xactware.
• Strong knowledge of policies and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and investigations.
• Interview policyholders and witnesses.
• Document findings with reports and photos.
• Analyze policies to determine coverage.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Coordinate with underwriters and legal teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to catastrophe locations as needed.
