Job summary

Ontivity in Washington state is seeking a Civil Technician to assist in pouring foundations, installing fencing and grounding, and maintaining the area around towers. This safety-sensitive role requires readiness for travel and a strong commitment to teamwork.

You will work closely with the Civil Crew Lead, read and interpret drawings, operate equipment such as backhoe and forklift, and follow safety procedures daily to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain DOT physical; CDL Class A a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safety First - Put safety first and production second. Always.
• Assist in grounding, terminations, fastening, proper bolting and antioxidant use, support of leads, cadwelding as required.
• Assist on the overall job, including groundwork, tasks to build/install a site per customer specs, maintaining a safe environment, daily use of JSA forms.
• Assist in coordination, preparation, and cleaning of job sites.
• Participate in ongoing safety training and weekly safety calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
