Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a field-based Civil / Project Coordinator to support the Project Management team in delivering the civil scope for our solar and BESS EPC projects. You will assist in ensuring construction aligns with the owner's contract and safety standards on site.

Responsibilities include reviewing civil plans, coordinating subcontractors, and tracking progress, schedule, and cost with the project team while maintaining quality and compliance with SWPPP/DEQ requirements.

Qualifications

Civil Engineering degree or equivalent is required.
Experience in solar and/or wind construction is required.
Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Review civil plan documentation and subcontract to assure alignment.
Manage all civil subcontractors to meet timelines with safety and quality.
Experience with SWPPP/DEQ plans and requirements.
Plan daily civil activities in collaboration with subcontractors.
Know project plans, specifications, drawings, submittals, and permit requirements.
Provide daily updates to project management for tracking progress.
Work with the project team to track scope, schedule and cost for the civil scope.
