CoVolt Power in the United States is seeking a field-based Civil Project Coordinator to assist the Project Management team in managing the civil scope for solar and BESS projects. You will ensure construction aligns with the owner's contract and project plans.

Responsibilities include reviewing civil plan docs, coordinating subcontractors, managing SWPPP/DEQ plans, planning daily activities, tracking scope, schedule, and cost, and providing daily progress updates to the project management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar and/or wind construction.
• Ability to lead and coordinate own and others’ actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read project documents including plans, schedules and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Review project civil plan documentation and civil subcontract to assure alignment.
• Manage all subcontractors that are performing the civil scopes to assure that all timelines are met and with a high level of safety and quality.
• Experience with SWPPP/DEQ plans and requirements.
• Plan daily job activities for the civil scope of work with subcontractors.
• Know project plans, specifications, drawings, submittals, and permit requirements.
• Provide daily updates to project management team for tracking of daily progress.
• Track scope, schedule and cost for the civil scope with the project team.
