Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a field-based civil construction professional to support the project management team in executing the civil scope for utility-scale solar and BESS projects. The role requires ensuring construction aligns with the owner's contract and coordinating with subcontractors to meet timelines, safety, and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have experience in solar/wind construction, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans and manage daily activities, with Procore

Qualifications

• Experience in solar and/or wind construction.
• Ability to lead and coordinate own and others’ actions and manage personnel resources.
• Ability to read and understand project plans, schedules and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review civil plan documentation and subcontract to assure alignment.
• Manage subcontractors for the civil scope to meet timelines with safety and quality.
• Experience with SWPPP/DEQ plans and requirements.
• Plan daily activities for the civil scope in collaboration with subcontractors.
• Know project plans, specifications, drawings, submittals, and permits.
• Provide daily updates to project management for progress tracking.
• Track scope, schedule and cost for the civil scope with the project team.
