Sustainment & Restoration Services (SRS) is seeking a Mid-Level Civil Engineer to join our Ventura, CA office. The role supports Edwards Air Force Base projects under senior supervision, with a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, in field and office settings. Ideal candidates hold a B.S.

in civil or environmental engineering, have 6–8 years of related experience, and are pursuing P.E. licensure. Strong field oversight, design review, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams are essential

Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. degree in civil or environmental engineering with 6–8 years of related experience.
• I.T. E.T. licensure in progress; P.E. license preferred.
• Experience in landfill/ remediation projects and field oversight.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and oversee civil/environmental remediation activities.
• Provide field and office support for projects at Edwards AFB under senior supervision.
• Review drawings, specs, and contractor submittals for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project staff to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Prepare technical documents, work plans, and reporting deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and lead site safety practices.
