Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to client worksites (weekly) to build trust and relationships.
• Provide pastoral support for employees and immediate family members.
• Offer resources and coordinate specialized assistance as needed.
• Assist in planning and attending funerals or memorials when requested.
• Notify families of deaths or serious injuries in coordination with clients.
• Provide post-termination support and transition assistance when required.
• Engage in, but not lead, employee-sponsored spiritual enrichment activities.
• Represent the service to clients and participate in orientation for new employees.
