Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains is seeking a part-time chaplain to serve employees and their families in the Van Buren/Fort Smith AR area. The role blends on-site visits with remote coordination, focusing on spiritual support and community presence.

You will visit worksites weekly, provide confidential pastoral discussions, and assist in planning funerals or grief support. Strong listening, diplomacy, and Christian values are essential.

• Active state driver license and auto insurance for client service.
