Marketplace Chaplains is seeking a part-time chaplain for the Van Buren/Fort Smith AR area. The role involves serving company employees and their families, visiting worksites weekly, and providing confidential pastoral care in a remote field setting.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients weekly at worksites to build relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions and referrals.
• Help plan or attend funerals and support grieving families.
• Coordinate with employers on ministry services and notifications of death.
• Make jail visits if needed and maintain professional boundaries.
• Respond to executive leadership requests within the Letter of Agreement.
