Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to client worksites to build trust and relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Offer life issue resources and coordinate referrals for specialized help.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and post‑termination care as needed.
• Support employee care initiatives and participate in orientation activities.
