Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school graduate
• 5 years in the grocery industry and marketing/sales background
• Strong customer service and merchandising skills

Responsibilities

• Sell new items and conversions with proper shelf placement
• Execute category shelf work via planograms
• Support store tagging, resets, and monthly focus objectives
• Collaborate with brokers/vendors on store resets, remodels, and shelving projects
• Provide insights on AWG Brands and HGS placements and promotions
• Train members on AWG center store programs
• Prepare required territory reports in a timely manner
