Qualifications

• Knowledge of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS).
• Certified as QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
• Passionate about empowering People with Disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with information regarding rights, options, benefits, services, and goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and agency rules.
• Respond to questions or complaints and facilitate resolutions.
• Refer clients to additional services as needed.
• Enter and manage data in computer systems; ensure accuracy.
