DCFS Richfield Office in Richfield, Utah, is hiring Caseworker I / Social Service Worker to support children and families within the DCFS Practice Model. You will assess safety, coordinate in-home services, and work with partners to reunify families when safe. The role combines in-office duties with field work and possible 24-hour on-call rotation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in child welfare, domestic violence, homelessness, or related social services.
• Ability to work with families, manage protections plans and coordinate services.
• Strong communication, documentation, and court testimony skills.

Aufgaben

• Investigate reports of abuse/neglect and assess safety, risk, and family needs.
• Coordinate services with community resources, placement providers, and courts.
• Supervise visits and conduct in-home assessments of safety and progress.
• Facilitate family team meetings and prepare detailed case documentation.
• May perform 24-hour on-call duties as required.
