Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a Field Case Manager to cover Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas. This role requires face-to-face coordination with injured workers and medical providers, with a home-based office and travel to sites as needed.

You will advocate for effective treatment and timely recovery while maintaining strong communication among all parties involved. The ideal candidate has healthcare or rehabilitation background, RN licensure or health/human services

Qualifications

• RN licensure preferred or a bachelor’s degree in health or human services field required.
• CCM, CDMS, or CRC certifications are preferred or required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High speed internet is required for remote work.
• Employment may include a motor vehicle record (MVR) check when job related.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patient advocate to support, guide and coordinate care for injured workers and their families during recovery.
• Advocate for effective medical treatment and timely return-to-work through clear communication.
• Identify appropriate providers and facilities across the care continuum to ensure timely, cost-effective services.
