Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Hartford, CT is seeking an Associate Clinical Consultant to support clients and patients in the New Haven, CT area within our Cardiovascular MedTech team.

The role focuses on education, clinical demos, data collection, and collaboration with sales teams; travel up to 50% within territory; RN license preferred; prior cardiovascular sales and clinical support experience required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct RN/NP/PA or Reg Tech patient support in ICU, CVICU, Cath Lab or Cardiovascular OR.
• 2+ years of commercial sales experience related to cardiovascular products and technologies.
• Ability to advance the sales process with customers.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within territory.
• RN license strongly preferred; ECMO experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Improve patient outcomes through education and medical staff interaction, including clinical demos and ongoing training.
• Collect clinically relevant data, complete outcome reviews with customers and communicate activities with other team members and sales counterparts.
• Acquire and demonstrate a working knowledge of our products/therapies and develop an extensive understanding of all their applications.
• Attend implants and consult physicians and medical staff on appropriate use and applications; utilize Integrity Selling to drive usage.
• Set up 1:1 physician meetings and host dinner programs with strong attendance.
• Collaborate with sales counterpart on awareness programs and franchise activities.
