Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure repair and maintenance of carwash equipment across various locations in Gainesville, Virginia. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a maintenance role and be familiar with OSHA safety standards. Responsibilities include conducting regular maintenance, managing inventory, and coaching site personnel. Daily travel within the assigned region is essential, with the requirement to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a comprehensive maintenance role.
• Demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, test and troubleshoot carwash equipment.
• Manage parts inventory needed to keep sites operational.
• Coach site personnel on identifying and reporting equipment issues.

Skills

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship
