A leading maintenance service provider is looking for a Maintenance Technician responsible for the repair and upkeep of carwash equipment. The technician will travel daily, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure operational efficiency at assigned locations. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
Minimum two years’ experience in a comprehensive maintenance role, ideally in an industrial or car wash setting.
Demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations as it pertains to the role.
Responsibilities
Repair, service, test and troubleshoot carwash equipment.
Ensure maximum uptime for sites through regular preventative maintenance activities.
Manage parts inventory needed to keep sites operational at peak effectiveness.
Skills
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Self-starter—able to work independently
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship
