- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 10–15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
- Earn more commission for self-generated business.
- Travel to pre-set appointments and follow a defined sales process.
- Complete a two-week training program with the sales team.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in ongoing coaching.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
