Job summary

DaBella in Cheyenne, WY seeks a motivated Field Canvasser to be the first contact with homeowners. You will knock on doors, start conversations, build rapport, and schedule free appointments for our sales team—no closing required, just strong conversations and high-quality leads.

You’ll earn $20.00/hour base plus uncapped bonuses, with an average monthly bonus of $1,500–$3,000 and top performers earning over $4,000 in bonuses.

Compensation

• $20.00/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance bonuses
• Average monthly bonus: $1,500 – $3,000
• Top performers exceed $4,000/month in bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Knock on doors in residential neighborhoods to introduce our services
• Engage homeowners, build rapport, and identify potential needs
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Deliver clear, confident pitches about our services and benefits
• Track daily activity and leads generated
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to improve skills

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and door-knocking
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
