Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Field Canvasser to be the first contact with homeowners in local communities. You will start conversations, build rapport, and schedule free appointments for the sales team. No closing required, just effective conversations and quality appointments.

Earn $20.00/hour base with uncapped bonuses; average monthly bonuses range from $1,500 to $3,000, and top performers exceed $4,000 per month in bonuses. Join a fast-growing team and gain real-world sales and marketing skills.

Compensation

• $20.00/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance bonuses
• Average monthly bonus: $1,500 - $3,000
• Top performers exceed $4,000/month in bonuses

What You’ll Do
