Job summary

DaBella in Washington, DC area seeks a Field Canvasser to be the first point of contact with homeowners, starting conversations, building rapport, and scheduling free appointments for the sales team.

No closing required; earn $20/hour base pay plus uncapped bonuses. Average monthly bonuses $1,500–$3,000 and top performers over $4,000/month. Training provided; outdoor work, Monday–Saturday.

Compensation

• $20.00/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance bonuses
• Average monthly bonus: $1,500 – $3,000
• Top performers exceed $4,000/month in bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Knock on doors in residential neighborhoods to introduce our services
• Engage homeowners, build rapport, and identify potential needs
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Deliver clear, confident pitches about our services and benefits
• Track daily activity and leads generated
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to improve skills

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and door-knocking
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
