Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a field team, schedule inspections, and support the sales team with no closing required. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor canvassers, while tracking activity and coordinating outreach strategies.

This boots-on-the-ground role requires outdoor work and strong communication. Compensation includes uncapped bonuses; average supervisors earn $1,500–$3,000/month in bonuses, with top supervisors exceeding $4,000/month.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the canvass team to hit daily/weekly goals.
• Provide coaching and actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Recruit new canvassers and onboard/train new hires.
• Track daily activities and collaborate on outreach strategies.
• Safely operate company van to transport canvassers.
