Qualifications

• Experience leading canvassing or field teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to motivate a team and meet targets.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather.
• Willingness to recruit, interview and onboard new team members.
• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet performance targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Track performance metrics and report team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas.
