DaBella is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead and develop a team of field canvassers. You will execute canvassing strategies, recruit and train staff, and drive lead-generation goals in a fast-paced, on-site outdoor environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and stakeholders communication. Base salary is $55,000 with uncapped bonus potential, and opportunities for growth across nationwide operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to the team.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members.
