Job summary

DaBella seeks a Canvass Supervisor to lead a front-line canvassing team, schedule inspections, and drive field sales support. You’ll recruit, mentor, and coach team members while maintaining a hands-on leadership presence in the neighborhood.

This role rewards performance with uncapped bonuses and opportunities to advance. You will work in an outdoor, active environment, Monday through Saturday, with required driving and field operations experience.

Qualifications

• Walk neighborhoods for extended periods.
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection.
• Able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Available Monday – Saturdays.
• Use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication and scheduling.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead & motivate the canvass team to hit daily and weekly goals.
• Recruit and onboard new canvassers; conduct screenings and interviews.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback.
• Track daily canvassing activities and team performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and team development.
• Safely operate a company-provided van to transport canvassers.
