Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front, motivate a growing team, and drive performance in field marketing. You will expand the team, schedule free inspections, and support the sales team without closing.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach canvassers, while executing outreach strategies with leadership and ensuring daily field coverage. The role is active, outdoors, and requires weekend availability alongside a strong work ethic and excellent communication to sustain

Qualifications

• Active, boots-on-ground role requiring walking neighborhoods for extended periods.
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and accommodate weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the canvass team to hit daily/weekly goals.
• Provide coaching, mentorship and feedback to improve performance.
• Recruit and onboard new canvassers and screen candidates.
• Track daily canvassing activities and team performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and field development.
