Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a boots-on-the-ground canvass team, schedule inspections, and support the sales organization with field activity. You will recruit new teammates, train them, and drive daily performance with coaching and hands-on leadership in outdoor environments.

The role combines leadership development with active fieldwork, requiring weekends and travel as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a canvass team to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Provide coaching and actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Recruit and onboard new canvassers and conduct screenings.
• Track daily activities and adjust outreach strategies with leadership.
• Safely operate company van for field transport.
