DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a field canvassing team, schedule free inspections, and support the sales team. You will recruit, train, and mentor canvassers while working actively in neighborhoods in various weather conditions.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a drive to achieve daily goals. The position is full-time, outdoors, with a provided company van and opportunities for bonus payouts based on performance.
