Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor in Tucson to lead a field canvassing team and drive performance. You’ll knock doors with your crew, coach reps, and help recruit new teammates to sustain growth.

This boots-on-the-ground role rewards energy, reliability, and strong communication in outdoor conditions. Responsibilities include motivating daily efforts, tracking activities, coordinating with leadership, and onboarding new canvassers.

Qualifications

• Active, boots-on-the-ground role
• Strong communication in outdoor conditions
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead & motivate the team to achieve daily/weekly goals
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback
• Recruit and build the canvass team; onboard new members
• Track daily canvassing activities and team performance
• Coordinate with leadership on outreach strategies and development
• Safely operate a company van for transport to neighborhoods
