Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a mobile canvass team in the Springfield area. You’ll work in the field, knock on doors, schedule inspections, and support the sales team without closing deals.

You’ll recruit new canvassers, coach performance, and help develop your team’s skills while earning uncapped bonuses. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Active, boots-on-the-ground role requiring stamina and outdoor work.
• Strong communication skills and resilience in face of rejection.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential.

Responsibilities
