Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor who can lead from the front, motivate a growing field team, and help drive the success of our canvassing and inspection outreach. You’ll knock on doors, recruit and train new canvassers, schedule inspections for the sales team, and operate with a strong work ethic in all kinds of weather.

Base pay is $22.50/hour with uncapped performance bonuses; top performers earn substantial bonuses each month.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk neighborhoods for extended periods and work outdoors.
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Available Monday–Saturday.
• Own a cell phone for work-related communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of canvassers to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard new team members.
• Coordinate logistics and support field operations, including transporting the team.
