Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front, motivate a growing team, and drive the success of our field marketing efforts. You’ll knock on doors, schedule inspections, recruit new members, and develop your team’s skills in a dynamic, outdoor setting.

This is a hands-on leadership role with uncapped bonuses based on performance. Base pay is $23.00/hour, with opportunities to earn substantial bonuses as a top supervisor.

Qualifications

• Active, boots-on-the-ground role requiring walking neighborhoods.
• Excellent communication and handling rejection.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Availability Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the canvass team to hit daily and weekly goals.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to improve performance.
• Recruit and onboard new canvassers; conduct screenings.
• Track daily canvassing activities and team performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and team development.
• Safely operate a company‑provided van to transport canvassers.
