Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front, work beside a field team, and drive performance through coaching and mentorship.

You will recruit, screen, onboard and train new canvassers, track daily activities, and coordinate outreach with leadership while assuming boots-on-the-ground responsibility in varied weather.

This role offers uncapped bonuses based on team results and a base hourly wage with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active, boots-on-the-ground role
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Available Monday–Saturday
