Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, recruit and onboard new members, and coach for performance excellence. The role emphasizes outdoor, boots-on-the-ground work and delivering consistent lead-generation results in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage daily field activities, build homeowner relationships, and report team performance while pursuing growth opportunities within DaBella's expanding footprint.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas.
