DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a field-marketing team in outdoor canvassing, scheduling inspections, and supporting the sales team. You’ll recruit, onboard, and mentor new canvassers while maintaining high energy and strong work ethic in the field.

You’ll motivate a robust team, track daily activities, and collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies. A valid driver’s license and ability to work Saturdays are required, with a company van provided.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to motivate a field team and meet daily/weekly goals.
• Experience recruiting and onboarding new team members.
• Strong coaching and feedback delivery in real-time.
• Wamiliarity with outdoor, boots-on-the-ground work.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the canvass team to achieve targets.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback.
• Recruit and build the team; conduct screenings and interviews.
• Track daily activities and team performance; report to leadership.
• Safely manage transportation logistics for canvassers.
