The Calibration Services Sales Representative is a field-based, quota-carrying role focused on growing FUTEK’s calibration services revenue through consultative selling and strong account management.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative or services-based selling, preferably within calibration, technical services, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Must be comfortable owning a revenue target, managing a pipeline, negotiating service agreements, and building relationships with engineering, quality, and procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close net-new calibration services revenue opportunities.
• Build and expand recurring revenue through service agreements and scheduled recalibration programs.
• Identify and reclaim calibration work currently outsourced to third-party providers.
• Increase calibration services penetration within existing customer accounts.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed revenue targets.
