Job summary

Next Solutions LLC seeks an in-home service and solutions specialist to install and upgrade TV, Internet, and phone services at customers’ homes. You’ll drive to client sites, assess needs, and present best options while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include connects, troubleshooting, and installations. A strong work ethic with flexible availability, background check, and drug screening are required; a company vehicle may be provided for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience a plus, but not required.
• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Next Solutions is an in-home services company. We contract work from many of today’s top TV and internet service providers. We specialize in creating the ultimate in-home experience for these companies’ customers.

What does a in-home service and solutions specialist do?

Our service and solutions experts provide customers with TV, Internet, and smart home solutions. We provide the work orders for you to complete. This means driving to the customer’s house, assessing the customers’ needs and best options for completing required work.
