Qualifications

• Knowledge of material management and procurement function.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of inventory planning tools and ERP P2P concepts.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Purchases assigned products by contacting vendors to obtain price, availability, and delivery time.
• Assists in evaluating goods by analyzing pricing trends and tracking orders.
• Ensures products are received in acceptable condition and resolves supplier issues.
• Coordinates returns and paperwork for inventory tracking and accounting.
• Addresses customer service concerns from suppliers and cross‑functional departments.
• Assists operations with sourcing specialty items and order status updates.
• Maintains vendor files, bids, quotes and correspondence.
• Other duties as assigned.
