• Outside sales or lead generation experience.
• Engage with business leaders and decision-makers.
• CRM proficiency.
• Independent and collaborative work style.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in a diverse market.

Responsibilities

• Find & Win New Business: lead generation through field visits, local networking, and outreach in your territory.
• Build lasting partnerships by understanding client needs and offering customized workforce solutions.
• Own the sales process from first contact to close across light industrial, clerical, and professional sectors.
• Partner with Recruiting Leaders to ensure smooth client onboarding and results delivery.
• Track progress using the CRM and report on pipeline and wins.
