Job summary

BECI, a Dallas-based building enclosure and engineering firm, seeks a Business Development Consultant to drive growth in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. You will nurture client relationships, develop new leads, and conduct outside sales calls, visiting project sites and client offices.

This role offers a salary with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and commission, along with relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of sales experience
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
• Ability to travel in order to do business

Responsibilities

• Nurturing existing client relationships.
• Identifying targeted new clients.
• Developing leads.
• Performing out of office sales calls.
• Visiting project sites and client offices.
• Attending industry-related events.
• Making presentations.
• Maintaining your relationship activity in our CRM system.
• Reviewing estimates and proposals.
• Regular interactions with our BECI Branch Managers.
• Participation in routine meetings with others on our sales, marketing and business development team.
• Regular contacts and meetings with the Vice President of Sales.
