Job summary

HPI Real Estate Services and Investments is seeking a Roving Building Technician to operate and maintain equipment across several properties in the Dallas area. You will respond to service requests, perform routine maintenance, and document work in the system.

A company vehicle is provided for site visits and after-hours support may be required. Candidates should have 3–5 years of related maintenance experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related maintenance experience or training.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in various weather.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and willingness to use company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests, diagnose, and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Travel to multiple sites; maintain logs and parts in the work order system.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment operates within design specs.
