Job summary

HPI in Dallas is seeking a Roving Building Technician to operate and maintain multiple buildings' equipment and respond to service requests in a timely manner.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect lighting, HVAC components, plumbing and security systems, and document work in the maintenance system. The role requires travel between properties and after-hours on-call availability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs and work outside in all weather.
• Basic MS Office Outlook proficiency.
• Valid Texas driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance/repair on building systems.
• Travel between sites; company vehicle provided.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per manufacturer specs.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping in maintenance spaces.
• Inspect life safety and building systems; respond to service requests on-call.
