Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks an Associate Broadcast & IT Support to deliver timely field IT support for outside broadcast and production environments. You will operate satellite and streaming equipment, coordinate with vendors and teams, and maintain documentation for systems and procedures.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, familiarity with broadcast workflows, and the ability to manage workload independently while supporting a 24x7 operation. Travel and lifting requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in television or multimedia production workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot broadcast and computer equipment at board level.
• Knowledge of basic server and networking topology and operating systems.
• Willingness to work all shifts in 24x7x365 production environments.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders for equipment installation.

Responsibilities

• Operate satellite truck/portable satellite and related equipment for outside broadcast transmissions.
• Provide 24x7 broadcast technical support including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of streaming/TV equipment.
• Document system procedures, reference materials, and incidents; use AutoCad for documentation and ITSM for logging requests.
