AT&T is hiring an Installation Technician to install and activate broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer locations in Athens, Alabama. You will work independently in customers’ homes and businesses, meeting new people daily while solving problems and ensuring a top-notch experience.

Typical duties include handling ladders, wiring tasks, and setup of customer networks. A valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy items, and flexibility for evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Occasional work at heights (up to 28 ft) and in small spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customer sites.
• Work independently at customer homes and businesses as a trusted expert.
• Meet new people daily and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
