AT&T is hiring an Installation Technician to join our Florence, South Carolina team. You will install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and small businesses, working independently at customer sites and providing top‑tier service.

You’ll need a valid state driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and comfort working at heights up to 28 ft. Training is provided, with overtime and weekend opportunities as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to work at heights up to 28 ft.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Pre-employment assessments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers' homes and businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert in customers' environments.
• Meet new people daily and deliver best-in-class service.
• Perform tasks such as running lines, ladder work, and network activation.
• Be available for overtime and holiday work and complete ongoing paid training.
