AT&T in Akron, Ohio is hiring Installation Technicians to install and activate high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services for our customers. You’ll work at customer homes and small businesses, acting as a trusted expert while solving problems and delivering best‑in‑class service.

You’ll enjoy extensive paid training, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and generous benefits. Lifting up to 60 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces are part of the daily routine.

Qualifications

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Be able to lift and move up to 60 lbs and work in ladders
• Willingness to overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer homes or businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert and meet new people daily.
• Identify wires and cables and ensure proper connections and safety.
