Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout New Jersey.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Brand Representation & Consumer Engagement: educate consumers on product offerings and brand values, conduct product demonstrations, and engage during events.
• Retail Relationship Development: build relationships with dispensary staff, conduct store visits, and ensure accurate menus and displays.
• Education & Training: conduct budtender education sessions and train retail staff on product benefits and differentiators.
• Sales & Marketing Support: collaborate with teams to support account growth and promotional campaigns, gather market intelligence.
• Administrative Responsibilities: maintain schedules, submit reports, and track account interactions.
