Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Trade Activation Associate to drive in-market execution, brand visibility, and sell-through across our wholesale network in New York. You will be the frontline connector between Curaleaf, dispensaries, and shoppers, ensuring brands are represented with excellence at retail.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in cannabis or related field marketing, is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in cannabis, beverage alcohol, field marketing, retail activation, or related industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a highly field-based role.
• Strong attention to detail and execution standards.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Sell-Through Support: In-store promotional execution and visibility improvements.
• Account Education: Onboard new accounts and educate staff on brands.
• In-Store Execution: Maintain merchandising and activation standards.
• Menu & Digital Excellence: Audit online presence and digital merchandising.
• Consumer Activation: Run pop-ups, demos and local events.
• Trade & Events: Support trade shows and retailer engagements.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with sales and market leadership; provide field insights.
