Job summary

Walman Optical, a division of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth by visiting customers, delivering best-in-class service, and executing brand strategies across Luxottica collections. Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Must be able to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel up to 100% depending on geography and need for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Meets monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for brand collections.
• Develops and adheres to call plans to visit customers on a 4–12 week cycle.
• Maintains brand visuals and merchandising at customer locations.
• Logs visits in One Sales Suite and uses reports to drive growth.
• Manages distribution and builds relationships at practice levels.
• Leads trainings and trunk shows to promote brands and ROI.
